GUI Steakhouse

Chef Sungchul Shim, acclaimed for his Michelin-starred restaurants Kochi and Mari, opened *GUI Steakhouse in Manhattan on February 22nd. Taking its name from the Italian “Botte,” for wine barrel, Bottino has been a cherished New York City restaurant, serving as a neighborhood staple in both the art scene and the community at large since 1998. Ophelia, an Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge with an indoor/outdoor wraparound patio, is located on the 26th floor of the historic Beekman Tower and offers panoramic views of Midtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. Offering the ‘Top of the Tower’ brunch on Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, guests can choose from one of the 3-tiered brunch towers (see menu here), which pair perfectly with the views of the NYC skyline. Mezze on the River
