Travis Scott To Headline Halloween Show With Special Guest Virgil Abloh at The NY Expo Center
Leading NYC-based Hip-Hop and Dance Promoter, RPM Presents, announced today that Travis Scott will headline a Halloween show with special guest Virgil Abloh at the NY Expo Center (1110 Oak Point Ave, Bronx, NY) on Saturday, October 28th.
Travis Scott, an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer from Houston signed his first major-label deal with Epic Records in 2012. In November of the same year, Scott signed a deal with Kanye West’s GOOD Music, to be a part of its production wing Very GOOD Beats, after appearing on the label’s 2012 compilation album Cruel Summer.
In April 2013, it was announced Scott signed a record deal with T.I.’s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott’s debut studio album Rodeo was released in September 2015 and was led by the hit single “Antidote”, which reached the top 20 of the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, was released in September 2016. Travis is now working on his album Astroworld full time and recently performed with Thirty Seconds to Mars on their single “Walk on Water” at the 2017 MTV Music Awards.
The Halloween show will feature a set from Virgil Abloh, an American creative designer, DJ, and the founder of the Milan-based fashion label Off-White. Abloh presents a melting pot of sounds with tunes from the likes of A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, The-Dream, Aerosmith and more.
