Toast to the Year in Music During The 2024 Video Music Awards with BACARDÍ Rum Cocktails

Tonight, nominees and fans at the UBS Arena will be treated to an evening celebrating the best music of the year and invited to raise a toast with the evening’s signature cocktail, the BACARDÍ Rum Moonwalk Mojito.
This year’s BACARDÍ x MTV VMAs bottle brings a whole new meaning to “limited edition.” Each label is one-of-a-kind, using AI technology customize labels with limitless design variations of altering imagery and colors. Every bottle will highlight MTV’s Moon Person alongside the New York landmarks that serve as the backdrop to the 2024 awards, including the Brooklyn bridge, yellow taxi, and the Statue of Liberty, alongside the brand’s signature BACARDÍ bat.
Fans can take inspiration from this year’s awards and put their limited-edition bottle to use, crafting a BACARDÍ Moonwalk Mojito, the official cocktail of the MTV Video Music Awards. This signature cocktail features BACARDÍ Superior Rum, lime juice, mint syrup, club soda, and fresh mint leaves, and makes for the perfect sipper during the telecast tonight on MTV.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Monin Mojito Mint syrup
2 oz club soda
5–6 fresh mint leaves
Method
Combine BACARDÍ Superior Rum, lime juice, syrups and mint leaves in a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into cup over fresh ice and top with a splash of club soda, stir incorporated. Garnish with a mint spring.
