Saks Fifth Avenue Opens Beachy Dining Oasis with Broken Coconut Pop-Up

--

Saks Fifth Avenue, located at 611 Fifth Avenue, recently launched a Broken Coconut pop-up, offering shoppers a place to come, relax and “Eat Pretty”. Located on the fifth floor of the famed shopping destination, customers will find Broken Coconut’s chic bohemian signature swing, a glowing neon sign and a variety of fresh and vibrant foods — offering several photographable moments.

At the core of the menu is Broken Coconut’s signature yogurt — a dairy free, probiotic, protein-rich product made in house, with a coconut base. Other highlights of the pop-up menu are curated by nutritionist Molly Rieger and consists of blended smoothie bowls, toasts and a variety of coconut based beverages.

The beach-to-bowl concept, which launched in NoHo NYC this October, was conceptualized by restaurateurs Scott Sartiano (Founder of 1OAK, Butter Group), Cobi Levy (Black Seed Bagels, Babu Ji) and William Makris (Cipriani’s Socialista). The restaurant has created a destination for food conscious Manhattanites looking to indulge in an eye-catching environment with comfortable seating and guilt-free food options.
