Libertine Hosted An intimate Runway Show Of Their Spring/Summer 2025 Collection, ‘Into The Garden’

--

Luxury read-to-wear brand, Libertine hosted an intimate runway show to debut the Spring/Summer 2025 Collection, ‘Into The Garden.’ The very exclusive défilé was held at the beloved and whimsical Elizabeth Street Garden in Soho, NYC for press and VIP clients of the house. Libertine was thrilled to be showing at this beloved New York institution with the impending potential closure of Elizabeth Street Garden. Libertine hopes to help spread awareness that this beautiful sanctuary of nature, antiques, and tranquility may be no longer soon.

Guests were welcomed with packets of seeds, a lone flower to shed light on the potential garden closures. Runway looks showcased reimagined scenes from the iconic New York City and Los Angeles landscapes artistically and colorfully remastered. Both cities are tremendously important to Libertine throughout the almost 25 years the brand has been in existence.

Additional key looks featured hand embroidered under the sea vignettes with hand beaded coral and meticulously jewel turtles along with print, denim, solid silk color, flowers, and greenery. Antiquities transported the attendees while also providing a perfectly aligned backdrop for Creative Director, Johnson Hartig, who is very garden centric himself. Flora and Fauna have been core to Libertines DNA for decades making Elizabeth Street Garden wonderfully complimentary.

Libertine is also happy to be supporting the incredible Garden in its efforts to stay open and continue to provide the peaceful and tranquil sanctuary that it has been sharing with the city for decades.

Additionally, this show was the first glimpse at the Libertine x Larroude collaboration that will be available for sale in March 2025, featuring Libertine’s iconic prints of the season on custom designed shoes for the runway.

If any attendees are interested in helping save Elizabeth Street Garden from being destroyed by The City, they can send a pre-written letter to the major or donate to the nonprofit.
