CASAMIGAS APEROL SPRITZ
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Casamigas Jalapeno Tequila
1 oz. Aperol
2 oz. Chilled Prosecco
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1 Dash Firewater Bitters
Splash Club Soda (Suggest Fever-Tree)
Add ½ Thick Rim Salt/Sugar/Tajin®
Garnish Cara Cara Orange Wheel
Method
Combine all ingredients, except chilled prosecco and club soda, directly into a white wine glass. Add ice into wine glass, top off with chilled prosecco, splash with club soda and garnish. Wet ½ rim of glass with orange wheel and dip into salt mixture.
CASA CUBA LIBRE
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Ginger Syrup (Suggest Liquid Alchemist®) ‘
½ Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Brown Sugar
Top Off with Cola Soda (Suggest Fever-Tree®)
Garnish Lime Wheel
Method
Combine all ingredients, except cola soda, into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with cola soda and garnish.
GREY GOOSE HONEY DEUCE
Ingredients
1.25 oz GREY GOOSE® vodka
3.0 oz Fresh Lemonade
0.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur
Garnish: Frozen Honeydew Melon Ball Skewer
Method
Chill Collins Glass by placing in refrigerator/freezer or by filling with ice water for 5 minutes. Remove Collins Glass from refrigerator/freezer, and fill with ice. Measure and add vodka to Collins Glass. Top with measured amount of fresh lemonade. Measure and add raspberry liqueur. Garnish with skewer of 1 or multiple frozen honeydew melon balls (note: place honeydew melon in freezer before using the melon baller). Cheers!
Vodka Martini
Ingredients
¾ oz Martini & Rossi Extra Dry
2 ½ oz Grey Goose Vodka
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes, pour vermouth and vodka and stir gently. Strain into a well-chilled Martini glass and garnish with an olive.

Ingredients
2 Parts D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
3/4 Parts Simple Syrup
1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
Top MARTINI & ROSSI Prosecco
Method
Add D’USSÉ, simple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled MARTINI & ROSSI Prosecco.
HUGO SPRITZ
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz St-Germain
2 oz Martini Prosecco
2 oz Soda Water
8–10 Mint Leaves
Lime Wedge For Garnish
Mint Sprig For Garnish
Method
Add ice into a wine glass. Pour in StGermain and add approximately eight mint leaves. Top with sparkling wine and soda water. Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
CÎROC Limonata Spritz
Ingredients
1.5 oz. CÎROC Limonata
2.0 oz. Lemonade
1.0 oz. Sparkling Wine
Method
Add all ingredients to a wine glass and gently stir together, then garnish with Club Soda, Lemon Wheel and Fresh Mint garnish
Old Parr Golden
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Old Parr Aged 12 Years
1 oz. ginger syrup
0.5 oz. lemon juice topped with premium club soda
Method
Combine Old Parr Aged 12 Years. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with premium club soda and garnish with an orange wedge.
Buchanan’s Buchanita
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
Fresh Orange and Fresh Pineapple Slice for Garnish
Method
Combine Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Whisky and fresh pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a Highball glass or hollowed-out pineapple over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice and fresh pineapple slice.
Hibiscus Highball
Ingredients
1 oz Dewar’s 12 Year Old
0.75 oz St Germain
2 oz Lemonade
Top With Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea
Method
Quickly shake the ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Top with hibiscus tea.
PIÑA COLADA
Ingredients
2 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
2 tsp Caster Sugar
1 1/2 oz Fresh Coconut Water
2–4 Chunks of Fresh Pineapple
Pineapple Wedge as Garnish
Method
Add pineapple chunks and sugar to a shaker and gently crush. Pour in the BACARDI superior Rum, pineapple juice and coconut water. Stir with a bar spoon. Shake Vigorously, Serve over crushed ice in a hurricane or highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
DAIQUIRI
Ingredients
2 oz Santa Teresa 1796
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Method
Shake and double strain in coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients
2 oz Hampton Water Rosé
1 oz Tequila
1 ½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Strawberry Simple Syrup or Liqueur
½ oz Triple Sec
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and strawberry.
French Martini
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru
¾ oz Dole Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 tsp Blackberry JamBombay Sapphire Premier Cru
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with blackberries.
Harmony Cafe Martini
Ingredients
2oz The Macallan Harmony

0.25oz Coconut / Vanilla Syrup

Combine all ingredients and shake

Mayenda Reposado Elevated Paloma
Ingredients
2 oz Mayenda Reposado
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
.50 oz Lime Juice
.50 oz Honey Syrup
A pinch of smoked salt
Top with Club Soda
Grapefruit wedge garnish
Method
Build all ingredients except club soda into shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with brulee’d grapefruit wedge
PINK COCONUT MOJITO
Ingredients
1/4 cup Flor De Caña 12-Year Rum
8 fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, or 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Juice of 2 limes
10 fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Fresh mint leaves and strawberry slices or grapefruit wedges for garnish
Method
If using strawberries, muddle them in a cocktail shaker until they release their juice. If using grapefruit juice, pour it into the shaker. Add the mint leaves and lime juice to the shaker and muddle gently to release the mint’s flavor. Add the coconut milk, rum and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until combined and chilled. Fill two tall glasses with ice and strain the mixture into the glasses. Top off with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of strawberry or a wedge of grapefruit.
Negroni Sbagliato
Ingredients
1 oz Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter
1 oz Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino
1 oz Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Method
Combine Martini & Rossi’s Riserva Speciale Rubino, Riserva Speciale Bitter, and Prosecco in a rocks glass
Stir gently
Serve with the garnish of your choice (we recommend an orange slice) and enjoy
Berry Oyster Shooter
Ingredients
1 oz Chambord Liqueur
2 oz good-quality vodka
1 oz red wine vinegar
1 slice shallot
Pinch of white pepper
Method
Finely chop a slice of shallot. Add shallot, Chambord, vodka, vinegar, and white pepper into a sealed container and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Pour into glass and garnish with fresh oysters.
Basil Hayden Boulevardier
Ingredients
1 part Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 part Aperol Aperitif
3/4 part Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
Orange peel
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
Stir until cold
Strain liquid into glass and serve up or with a large ice cube
Garnish with an orange peel
The Community Spritz ft. The Community Spirit Vodka
Ingredients
2 oz The Community Spirit Vodka
0.5 oz Alma Finca Orange Liqueur
4 oz sparkling water
Muddled seasonal fruits of your choice
Garnish: lime or lemon wheel
Method
Muddle seasonal fruits in your shaker tin. Add ice, The Community Spirit Vodka, Alma Finca Orange Liqueur, and shake for approximately 15 seconds. Without straining, pour the contents from the shaker into a wine glass and lightly top the cocktail with fresh ice and sparkling water. Garnish with a lime or lemon wheel.
Contraluz Spritz
Ingredients
1 oz Contraluz
1 oz Italicus Clear Aperitif
4 oz Champagne
Garnish with Lemon Twist
Method
In a flute, mix Contraluz and Italicus. Top it off with brut champagne.
The Highlight Room’s Dolly Lava
Ingredients
1.5 oz Cazadores Blanco
.25 oz peach liqueur
1 oz spicy peach puree
.75 oz agave
.5 oz lime
Method
Add all ingredients to a tin with ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass, add fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Spicy Peach Puree: Blend together 123oz of peach puree, 123oz agave syrup, and 25oz sriracha.
California Spritz ft. Las Californias
Ingredients
1 oz Las Californias Cítrico
2 oz Sauvignon Blanc
.5 oz Elderflower Syrup
Top with club soda, lemon and mint
Method
Combine all ingredients in a large wine glass over ice. Garnish with fresh lemon and mint.
Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients
2 parts Milagro Silver
2 parts watermelon juice
1 part lime
½ part agave nectar
Method
Shake and strain over fresh ice into glass with salted rim. Add lime wheel, lime wedge, or watermelon triangle to garnish. This drink will keep you cool and refreshed.
The Lemon Wedge
Ingredients
1.5 oz of Dewar’s 12 Year Old
3 oz of club soda
2 oz lemonade
Method
Combine all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. (If you’re looking for maximum authenticity, spear that lemon with a golf tee.
THE RÉMY MOJITO
A French twist on a popular recipe, The Rémy Mojito brings together the generous notes of plum and fig coupled with the freshness of mint and lime, for a harmonious libation.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Sparkling water
Handful of mint
Garnish: Mint sprig
Method
Glassware: Collins glass. 10–12 oz ideal
Tools: Shaker tins, jigger
Add all ingredients except sparkling water to shaker tin, shake with a small handful of pebbled ice (this doesn’t break the mint leaves as much which can look a bit messy if so. This is just adding dilution, expressing the mint oils, and aerating the ingredients).
Dump ingredients into collins glass over ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with a bountiful mint sprig.
The Botanist Gin & Ginger
Ingredients
1.5 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Ginger beer
Garnish with lime wheel
Method
Add The Botanist, lemon juice, and honey to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and add a lime wheel to garnish.
Mount Gay Navy Punch
Ingredients
0.5oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Oregeat / Vanilla Simple Syrup
1 oz Filtered Water (omit if making a single serving, simply shake and strain over ice)
Method
Designed to be batched and served over ice, combine Eclipse Navy Strength, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and oregeat into a punch bowl ahead of your gathering.
Ranch Water
Ingredients
2.5 parts Cantera Negra Silver Tequila
1.5 parts Fresh lime juice
Top with sparkling water
Method
Combine Cantera Negra Silver and fresh lime juice in a rocks glass with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel.
FILTHY CHAI ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients
3 oz 818 Tequila Reposado
0.25 oz Agave Syrup
1/3 cup brewed chai tea, cooled
1/3 cup coffee or espresso, cooled
1 oz milk or milk substitute (oat or coconut milk)
Cocoa powder, unsweetened, (garnish)
Ingredients for Spiced Whip
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
Method
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin filled with ice.
Shake vigorously until the outside of the tin is frosty cold.
Strain, top with spiced whip and dust with cocoa powder.
For the spiced whip
In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer, combine ingredients and mix together until stiff peaks form.
PUMPKIN PIE ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients
1.5 OZ 818 Tequila Reposado
1.25 OZ Espresso
0.75 OZ Coffee Liqueur (prefer Mr. Black)
0.5 oz pumpkin butternut spice simple syrup
Fresh grated nutmeg, for garnish
Dollop of whipped cream, for garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with plenty of ice.
Shake ferociously until the outside of the tin is frosty cold.
Strain and serve into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and top with small dollop of whipped cream
Mr Black & Guinness Espresso Martini
Ingredients
1 oz Guinness to float
1 Mr Black
75 oz Ketel One
1 bar spoon demerara syrup
Method
Shake Mr Black, Ketel One and demerara syrup over ice and strain into a cope glass
Float 1 oz Guinness on top to create a luscious, foamy layer
Casa Noble Golden Hour Cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz. Casa Noble Reposado
1/4 oz. Italian Bitter Apéritif Liqueur
1/4 oz. Demerara Syrup
6 drops Saline
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until chilled and properly diluted.
Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.

The Peach Mule
Ingredients
2 oz Smirnoff Peach Lemonade

Add all ingredients to a mule mug filled with ice. Gentle stir and garnish.

Ingredients
2 parts Espolón Tequila Reposado
2 parts Guava nectar
0.75 part honey syrup
0.75 part lime juice
3 parts club soda
5 fresh mint leaves
Mint bouquet, lime wheel, and citrus salt**
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker except for the club soda and shake vigorously and quickly. Open the shaker and add club soda — do not shake again. Strain all contents into a highball over fresh ice.
Cierto Margarita
Ingredients
2 oz. Cierto Tequila Private Collection Blanco
1 oz. Citrus Stock
½ oz. Citrus Agave Tincture
3 drops Saline
Method
Add all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with lime.
Jeptha Creed Bourbon Sour
Ingredients
1/2 oz Jeptha Creed 4-Grain Straight Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 Dash Bitters
3/4 oz Simple Syrup

Method

French Negroni
Ingredients
1 oz La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Rouge
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
Method
Garnish with an Orange Slice
Cherry Hibiscus Sparkler
Ingredients
1.5 oz Sandeman Founder’s Reserve Port
5 dark cherries, pitted
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz hibiscus tea, cooled to room temperature
2 oz sparkling wine
Garnish: lime wedge and pitted cherries
Method
In a rocks glass, combine cherries, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle until the cherries’ juices are released. Add Port and hibiscus tea. Add ice and transfer the cocktail back and forth into a cocktail tin and back into the glass until well combined. Top with sparkling wine. Lightly stir and garnish with a lime wedge and a skewer of cherries.
Tawny Fascinator
Ingredients
1 oz Sandeman 10 Year Old Tawny Port
1 oz Bourbon
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz elderflower liqueur
Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled, 15–20 seconds . Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist

Cantine Pellegrino — Gazzerotta Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC 2021
Cantine Pellegrino is based in the areas surrounding Trapani, in the western Sicily, and is led by the Pellegrino family, now in its sixth generation. Gazzerotta, in Sicilian dialect, refers to the black and white magpies that fly over the vineyards. Gazzerotta is made from 100% Nero d’Avola, Sicily’s leading red grape. It has an intense, bright red color and a round taste, with a predominance of ripe red fruits, and a hint of sweet spices, namely cinnamon. It pairs well with mushroom risotto, grilled meat, or pasta.

Maison Louis Latour’s Ardèche Viognier
Viognier was originally cultivated in the northern Côtes-du-Rhône. In the last quarter of the 20th century, it has become one of the most popular varieties worldwide after having almost disappeared previously. In 2007, Maison Louis Latour decided to make a wine of 100% Viognier. Our Viognier is planted on more sloping hillsides than the Chardonnay.
