Introducing Chef Rose Noel — Peak’s New Executive Chef

Rose Noel will helm kitchen of the modern American restaurant

Peak, the stunning restaurant, bar and event space by hospitality group RHC located on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards — the development’s tallest building — has appointed Rose Noel as Executive Chef. Prior to leading the kitchen at Peak, Chef Rose collaborated with acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson, opening Hav & Mar in Chelsea.

The restaurant showcased the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean, North Africa, and Southern cuisine, providing Rose with a platform to express her creativity and culinary expertise. “I am thrilled to be joining the exceptional team at Peak, and to have a space that is as spectacular as this to showcase my food. My food will continue to work with our wonderful local farms and purveyors, highlighting the freshest local sustainable ingredients, and I’m looking forward to putting my own twist on the menu,” said Chef Rose.

Surrounded by breathtaking views of New York City, Peak is a modern American restaurant from UK-based premium hospitality group RHC. RHC is known for their bespoke restaurants and events with an expansive portfolio of renowned locations including the world-famous Sky Garden and the Royal Albert Hall in London.

In addition to Chef Rose, Rhubarb Hospitality Group (RHC) has a team of seasoned professionals that together create a dining experience rivaling the panorama including General Manager Chris Nelson (former GM of Union Square Cafe and longtime veteran of Union Square Hospitality Group), and Zach Kameron as Beverage Director (former Head Sommelier at A Voce Columbus and MARC restaurants).

Prior to joining Peak, Chef Rose also served as the Executive Sous Chef for Chef Jason Pfeiffer at the opening of Manhatta. Before Hav & Mar, she was offered the opportunity to open a new restaurant, Maialino Mare, in Washington, DC.
