1 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method
Fill a glass with ice. Add Jameson Black Barrel. Angostura Bitters, Orange Bitters, Simple Syrup. Stir until ice cold. Garnish with orange spiral.
Absolut Mandrin Punch
Ingredients
Ice Cubes
1½ Parts Absolut Mandrin
2½ Parts Ginger Ale
1½ Parts Pineapple Juice
1 Wedge Lemon
1 Wedge Lime
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a lime wedge.
THE ORANGE HIGHBALL
Ingredients
2oz Glenmorangie Original
1/2 an Orange
2oz Tonic water
2oz Soda water
Orange wedges, to garnish
Method
Juice half an orange.Then fill a highball glass with ice cubes and thick wedges of orange. Finally, pour all your ingredients over the top and enjoy.

Ingredients
2 Parts Malibu Peach
4 Parts Orange Juice
½ Part Lime Juice
Splash of Grenadine (optional)

Method

Kahlúa Espresso Martini Affogato
Ingredients
1 Part Kahlúa
½ Part Absolut Vodka
1 Part Espresso (feel free to try instant espresso or cold brew!)
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Method
Add Kahlúa, vodka and your favorite espresso into a shaker with ice. Shake for 15–20 seconds (this part’s very important), for that velvety foam. Strain into a martini or cocktail glass. Finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent brunch treat
I.W. Harper Peach Punch
Ingredients
1.5 oz I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve
1 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz lemon juice
1 peach sliced
.5 oz of simple syrup
Black pepper
Method
Add I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve, lemon juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup and ice to shaker and mix until chilled. Place one peach ice cube in rocks glass and strain contents of shaker over it. Top with fresh-cracked black pepper.
Peach Ice Cubes
Make peach ice cubes by adding 1 sliced peach into each cavity of an ice cube tray that makes 6 large cubes. Fill with water and place in freezer.
Buchanan’s Swinging Sword
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky
.75 oz Fresh Orange Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Grenadine
Method
Combine Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Whisky, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a Coupe glass

Ingredients
1.5 oz Rémy Martin tercept
0.5 oz Syrup of Apricot Vanilla Jam
0.25 oz Lime Juice
2 oz of Pineapple Juice
Method
Pour all ingredients in shaker with ice
Double strain
Pour in a glass with 1 ice cube
Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice
Apricot vanilla syrup recipe:
Extract the seeds from vanilla sticks: with the back of a knife, flatten the pod then split it lengthwise to release its fragrance. Use the tip of the knife to scrape the pod and recover the vanilla beans.
Prepare the syrup with 30% water and 7-% jame mic

Ingredients
1.5 oz Aberfeldy 12
1.5 oz Martini Riserva Speciale
Rubino Vermouth
0.75 oz Benedictine DOM
Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish: Lemon peel
Method
Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and stir for about 45 seconds-1 minute until the cocktail is properly chilled and diluted. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
Father’s Finest Fashioned
Ingredients
2 ½ parts Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
½ part Homemade All Spice Liqueur
¼ part Honey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Stir all the ingredients over ice using a bar spoon to add the honey. Serve in Rocks glass over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange twist.
METAXA Summer Sour
Ingredients
1.5 oz METAXA 12 Stars
0.50 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Sugar Syrup
Optional: 0.50 Egg White
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Pour all ingredients in shaker with ice
Strain over ice into a double old fashioned glass
Garnish with a lemon zest
DELEÓN AÑEJO NEGRONI
Ingredients
1 oz- DeLeón Ańejo Tequila
1 oz- Campari
1 oz- Sweet Vermouth
1 orange
Method
Add the DeLeón Ańejo Tequila, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Using a small serrated knife, remove a 1" strip of peel from the orange (some white pith is okay); it should be stiff enough to provide some resistance when bent. Twist over the drink to express oils; discard.
Grilled Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients
1 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Grilled Watermelon Syrup
2 oz Tequila
Method
To make grilled watermelon syrup: Cut watermelon into sliced and grill until both sides on the watermelon have grill marks
After letting cool, blend with simple syrup (1:1) and then fine strain
Add all ingredients to shaker and ice
Shake and fine strain over ice into Takin-salted rock glass (3:1 Tajin to kosher salt)
Garnish with lime wheel
Contraluz — Mezcal con Tonika
Ingredients
2 oz Contraluz
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
4 oz Tonic Water
Method
In a Collins glass, mix Contraluz and grapefruit juice. Top it off with tonic water. Garnish with a grapefruit or dehydrated orange slice.
Nocheluna Sotol — Luna Roja
Ingredients
1.5 oz Nocheluna Sotol
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Original
1.0 oz Prickly Pear Puree
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Fine strain into a coupe or stem glass.

Method

This 2019 Grand Detour Pinot Noir was sourced from Landmark’s historic Hop Kiln Estate located on Westside Road. The iconic stone Hop Kiln, built in 1905 and registered as a California Historical Landmark, is in the heart of the famed Russian River Valley affectionately known as “The Middle Reach”. Working closely with Estate Vineyard Manager David Smith, we were able to harvest the fruit at optimum timing while employing our best practices in the vineyard.
Crafting this wine from Estate fruit gives winemaker Greg Stach opportunities to select his favorite blocks with unique grape and rootstock combinations. Delivering the night harvested hand-picked and field sorted grapes to the winery in the early morning hours retains the integrity and desired characteristics of the fruit. The 2019 growing season at Hop Kiln was without the roller coaster heat events that unnaturally hasten maturity, therefore producing grapes of ideal sugar to acid balance, leading to a rich and balanced wine for your enjoyment.
Ruffino — Modus
Modus is Ruffino’s contemporary way of expressing Tuscany with a blend of three noble grape varieties — Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full-bodied with a modern style, this red berry wine is rich with silky tannins and flavors of ripe blackberry fruit that lead to a long finish.
