Get cozy this Fall with these Rum recipes from top bars across the country

--

For those feeling eggnog’d out this winter, cocktails featuring Santa Teresa 1796 — a premium, barrel-aged rum — lend an elevated touch to any festive occasion. The dry rum features touchstones of vanilla and baking spices as well as lasting notes of rich butterscotch and chocolate, embodying the flavors of the season without the syrupy sweetness of typical holiday libations.

These festive Santa Teresa 1796 cocktails from top bars across the country are sure to make spirits bright. The Drag Queen, crafted by Jesse Vida of BlackTail NYC, incorporates seasonal ingredients such as cinnamon, apple and maple syrup for an instant rush of holiday cheer.

Winter’s Reign, designed by Richard Bailey of Houston’s Lei Low tiki bar, mixes rum, whiskey and port to warm from the inside out and make sippers feel fireside.

The Enchanted, constructed by TJ Vong of Mizu Denver, delivers baked chestnut flavorings in a stunning ruby-red cocktail and will have any party guest hearing jingle bells.
