FESTIVE COCKTAILS

CÎROC POMEGRANATE JEWEL

Ingredients

1 oz CÎROC Pomegranate

.5 oz Grenadine

Sparkling Wine

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Lemon twist

Method

Add CÎROC Pomegranate and Grenadine in a mixing glass. Add ice and gently stir. Strain into a glass (no ice). Top off with Sparkling Wine and garnish.

CASA BELLS

Ingredients

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco

1 oz. Fresh Cranberry Juice

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

.25 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

Method

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into rocks glass. Add ice, garnish with 3 fresh cranberries through skewer, and add dill sprig over top.

Pommy Garden

Ingredients

1.5 oz / 50ml Belvedere Vodka

.75 oz / 20ml Pomegranate Juice

.75 oz / 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

.25 oz / 10ml Simple Syrup

Handful of Fresh Mint

Method

Gently press mint and simple syrup in the base of a mixing tin. Combine remaining ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into coupette and garnish with a lemon twist.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Vodka

.75 oz / 20 ml Coffee Liqueur

1 Shot Espresso

Ice

Method

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans.

BLACKBERRY & LEMONGRASS SOUR

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass

¾ oz Dry Vermouth

2 Whole Fresh Blackberries

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz Egg White

¾ oz Honey Water

2 Fresh Blackberries

Sprig of Mint

Method

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add cubed ice and shake again vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish.

BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients

2 oz BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho Rum

1 Sugar Cube* or ½ oz Simple Syrup

1 dash Angostura Bitters

1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters

*if using Sugar Cube add 1/4 oz of water

Method

Add all ingredients into a rocks glass. Fill with ice. Stir until well mixed and very cold. Garnish with an orange peel twist.

Jameson Cold Brew Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

2 Parts Jameson Cold Brew

5 Parts Hot Chocolate

Method

Whisk together in a small pan and heat to simmer

Hot Paloma

Ingredients

1 2/3 Parts Altos Plata

1 Part Grapefruit Juice

Method

Build ingredients in glass with ice. Stir. Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig (optional).

NOLET’S Silver Holiday Gin + Soda

Ingredients

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin

3 oz. Soda Water

Cranberries

Fresh Rosemary

Method

Pour NOLET’S Silver over ice in a balloon glass then add soda water and garnish.

Festive Fizz

Ingredients

1.5 oz PATRÓN Reposado

.75 Simple Syrup

.75 Lemon juice

1 oz Pomegranate juice

1 oz Cranberry juice

2 oz soda water

Method

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and combine. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a rosemary spring.

HOT BUTTERED TODDY

Ingredients

1.5 parts Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon

6 parts Orange & Spice tea (hot)

¾ part Cinnamon-brown sugar syrup*

½ teaspoon butter

Method

Combine all ingredients in a hot toddy glass or mug and stir. Garnish with grated cinnamon.

Chai Tequila Caliente

Ingredients

1 oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado

½ oz. Blood Orange Puree

1 oz. Agave Nectar

4 oz. Hot Chai Tea

3 Whole Cloves

Whipped Cream

Cinnamon powder

Orange peel

Method

In a coffee mug, combine all the ingredients and top with whipped cream, cinnamon powder and orange peel. Serve hot.

Holiday Christmas Punch

Ingredients

Tequila Cazadores Reposado

10–12 cups of water

3 cups of sugar

1 Piloncillo (Mexican brown sugar)

8 guavas (fresh or canned)

6 small sugar cane sticks (if available)

½ cup of raisins

4 slices of orange

1 cinnamon stick

1 cup hibiscus flower

1 sliced apple

1 sliced pear

Method

Put hot water in a pot and add all ingredients. Boil together for 30 minutes and serve in a coffee mug. Add 1 oz Tequila Cazadores Reposado, cinnamon stick and a teaspoon to stir and eat the caramelized fruit.

FLY BY DAY

Ingredients

50ml (2oz) Glenmorangie A Tale of Winter

75ml (2.5oz) Pressed Apple Juice

25ml (.8oz) Lemon Juice

1 dessert spoon honey (to taste)

Method

Pour ingredients (except whisky) into a saucepan and bring to a simmer on low heat. Do not allow to boil. Pour whisky into glass and top with hot ingredients.

Winter Chai

Ingredients

1.5 part Mijenta Tequila Reposado

.5 part Chai Syrup

.5 Vermouth

.75 part Lemon Juice

Method

Shake all ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice.

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel and mint with confectioner sugar.

The Zobo Daiquiri

Ingredients

2oz Equiano light

1 oz Sorrel syrup/liqueur

1oz lime Juice

1⁄2 oz sugar syrup

Method

Put all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until cold and double strain into a stemmed cocktail glass or coupette. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Snow Bird

Ingredients

2 parts Plume & Petal Lemon Drift

1 part pomegranate juice

3 parts soda water

Method

Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass with ice. Stir slightly to combine

Noche Buena

Ingredients

2 parts HAVANA CLUB Añejo Clásico

½ part Absinthe

1 part St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

Pour absinthe into a rocks glass; swirl to coat, and discard liqueur. Stir all ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice until very cold. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Torched, smoky rosemary sprig for garnish.

Ingredients

2 parts Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey

3 parts Warm Apple Cider

Method

Combine warm apple cider and Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Añejo Old Fashioned

Ingredients

3 oz. Los Arango Añejo Tequila

½ oz. Agave Syrup

3–4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Orange Peel

Method

Combine all ingredients except for the tequila into an Old Fashioned glass. Lightly muddle the ingredients. Place a large cube of ice into the glass. Add Los Arango Añejo and stir. Flame and express an orange peel over the glass then place a fresh orange peel in the glass.

The Wendy Bird

Ingredients

2 oz Vera Wang PARTY

1 oz soda water

.25 Bianco Bitter Liqueur

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz sage syrup (Boil sage with water for 15 minutes. Then add equal parts sugar to the mixture. Mix and let sit to cool)

1 oz pear juice

3–4 pieces of sage

Method

Combine all ingredients except for the soda water and prosecco in a shaker. Shake and strain into a flute. Top with a splash of soda water and 2 ounces of Vera Wang PARTY Prosecco. Finish with a fresh piece of sage.

Farmhouse Buck

Ingredients

2 dashes angostura bitters

6 small chunks fresh pear

.25 oz lemon juice

1.5 oz J.J. Corry Irish Whiskey The Gael

Method

Muddle pear, angostura, and lemon juice; add J.J. Corry The Gael; hard shake, strain into highball glass over fresh ice; top with ginger beer; garnish with any combination of pear slice, candied ginger, or cinnamon stick.

Malibu Fizz

Ingredients

1 part Malibu Original

1 part Fresh lime juice

1 part Cranberry juice

Top up with Sparkling wine

Edible glitter

Method

Wet the rim of a glass and dip it in edible glitter (optional). Pour Malibu, lime juice and cranberry juice. Top up with sparkling wine and enjoy!

Camarena El Diablo

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Camarena Silver or Resposado

.75 oz. Crème de cassis

3 oz. Ginger Beer

.5 oz. Lime juice

Method

Add ingredients into an ice-filled mule mug or cantarito, and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish.

Crowned Cranberry Buck

Ingredients

1.5 oz Crown Royal Deluxe

.5 oz lemon juice

Method

Holiday Mimosa

Ingredients

1.5 parts SKYY Infusions® Pineapple

0.75 part grapefruit juice

0.75 simple syrup

Top with Cinzano® Prosecco

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin except sparkling wine. Shake and strain into glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish.

Chloe Wine Collection’s Pomegranate Royale

Ingredients

1 piece crystallized ginger, halved

1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

1/2 ounce ginger liqueur

1 ounce pomegranate juice

5 ounces Prosecco Rosé

Method

Put 1 piece crystallized ginger and the pomegranate seeds in a champagne flute. Top with the bitters. Pour in the ginger liqueur and pomegranate juice. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the remaining crystallized ginger.

DARK CHOCOLATE OLD FASHIONED

This 2019 Grand Detour Pinot Noir was sourced from Landmark’s historic Hop Kiln Estate located on Westside Road. Working closely with Estate Vineyard Manager David Smith, we were able to harvest the fruit at optimum timing while employing our best practices in the vineyard.

Delivering the night harvested hand-picked and field sorted grapes to the winery in the early morning hours retains the integrity and desired characteristics of the fruit. The 2019 growing season at Hop Kiln was without the roller coaster heat events that unnaturally hasten maturity, therefore producing grapes of ideal sugar to acid balance, leading to a rich and balanced wine for your enjoyment.
