2 oz Champagne
Add the Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker. Shake, strain, and top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
Ciroc Live Passionately
1 1.2 oz- Ciroc Passion Vodka
3 oz- Hibiscus Tea
¾ oz- Vanilla Bean Syrup
¾ oz- Fresh Lime Juice,
3 Dashes- Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coup glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves, vanilla bean stick and an orchid.
1.5 oz. Cîroc VS French Brandy
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. lemon juice, top with champagne
Combine all ingredients in a flute glass. Top off with champagne. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Lime wedge garnish

3 oz Lemonade
1 oz Red Ruby Grapefruit Juice

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and chili lime seasoning.
Astral Old Fashioned
1.5 oz Astral Tequila Añejo
1 Barspoon of Agave Nectar
2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Garnish: Grated Chocolate and Orange Twist
Add all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir for 10 to 12 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with grated chocolate and an orange twist.
Old Parr Blood and Sand
1 oz. Old Parr Aged 12 Years
0.75 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice
0.75 oz. Cherry Heering (or premium cherry liqueur)

Combine Old Parr Aged 12 Years, fresh blood orange juice, premium cherry liqueur and sweet vermouth.Shake with ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with brandied cherry

1.5 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
0.5 oz. Darjeeling Tea Syrup
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
2 oz. Ginger Beer
Combine Johnnie Walker Black Label, tea syrup, lemon juice and Aromatic bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Prepare a collins glass with cubed ice, and pour 2 ounces of ginger beer into the glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass over the ginger beer.

Campari Negroni Sbagliato
1 part Campari
1 part 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
1 part Cinzano Prosecco
Stir first two ingredients with ice in a glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.

*Let 1 kg of frozen raspberry puree (Boiron) thaw. Combine in a blender 3 gr of kosher, 2 oz of vodka and the raspberry puree. Shake Grand Marnier, lemon, slated raspberry purée, simple syrup and orange bitter together with ice. Serve straight up in a coupe glass, top with Cinzano Prosecco. Garnish with 2 raspberries on a stick.

*Add the 1/4 cup of sliced kumquats to 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, let sit at room temperature for 24- 36 hours. Add 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice and 1/4 cup fresh tangerine juice and a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly and discard the lime zests.
Add ingredients to a shaker and strain into rocks glass with ice.

Spicy Pineapple Cilantro Margarita
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
8–10 Cilantro Leaves
2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
1⁄2 Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Dried Cilantro
2 Pineapple Leaves and Serrano Slice
Wet 1/2 rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, then muddle serrano/cilantro. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
Absolut Elderflower Collins
1½ Parts Absolut Vodka
1 Part Lemon Juice
½ Part Elderflower Cordial
5 Parts Soda Water
2 Wheels Lemon
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with two lemon wheels.
Tanqueray Sevilla Orange Spritz
1.5 oz. Tanqueray Sevilla Orange
1.5 oz. Lemonade
3.0 oz. Sparkling Wine
Combine ingredients over ice and stir to combine. Garnish with orange wheel.

1 Wedge Lime
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Jameson and top it up with Sprite. Stir everything briefly to mix. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass.

2–3oz LALO Tequila
2oz Lime Juice
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Agave or Simple Syrup
Frost an old-fashioned glass with salt and tajin. Add ice, LALO, agave syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and grand manner. Stir with a bar spoon. Add some slices of jalapeño and pineapple to garnish.

2 oz Cierto Tequila Private Collection Reposado
½ oz Pamplemousse Juice
¼ oz Calamansi Juice
Top with Fever Tree Sparking Pink Grapefruit
Add Cierto Tequila Private Collection Reposado, Pamplemousse and Calamansi to a shaker. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass with a salted rim over ice. Top with Grapefruit Soda and serve.
KNOB CREEK BACK PORCH PUNCH
2 parts Knob Creek® Bourbon
1 part black tea syrup*
1/2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
10–15 mint leaves (setting aside three for garnish)
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain using a fine mesh strainer into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with remaining mint sprigs (lightly slapping sprigs against your hand before using to release aroma).
*Black tea syrup (to make one cup)
1 black tea bag
1 part boiling water
1 part white sugar
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add tea bag and steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag and add white sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until needed; will keep up to one week.

SKYY Hibiscus Mule
4 parts SKYY Vodka
2 1/2 parts ginger beer
2 hibiscus tea bags (Tazo Passion brand recommended)
Large lime wedge, for garnish
In a small container, pour vodka over the tea bags. Let steep for one hour. Remove tea bags.
Combine hibiscus-infused vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or rocks glass with ice. Stir to incorporate.
Squeeze lime wedge into the drink and serve.

0.5 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz pink grapefruit soda
Blend in a tall glass with plenty of ice, adding grapefruit soda last.

Shake all ingredients minus the bubbles in a shaker tin. Double strain into snifter, over top a round ice cube. Garnish- candied hibiscus face down on a bamboo stick
HOP WTR Morning Glory Mocktail
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
1 tablespoon cane sugar
1 ounce heavy cream, well-chilled
⅛ teaspoon orange blossom water
4–5 orange juice ice cubes (recipe follows)
Blood Orange HOP WTR, well-chilled
Combine lemon juice, egg white, sugar, and orange blossom water in a tin and dry shake briskly to emulsify the liquid. Add the orange juice ice cubes (about 4 cubes) then shake again (about 3 minutes) until the ice stops rattling in the tin and the drink is frothy and very creamy. (This might take several long shakes; if you get tired, take a 5-second break, then keep going.)
Pour into a Collins glass and fill nearly to the top. Place the drink in a freezer to set and harden slightly. Temperatures will vary but check it at about 7–10 minutes. As it hardens into a meringue, it will rise when the water is poured on top. Remove the drink from the freezer. Slowly pour Blood Orange HOP WTR to top. Serve with a straw.

The 2020 Chardonnay was harvested by hand in mid-August, cluster sorted, whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in neutral oak barrel, puncheon, and foudre before bottling.
