Cocktails To Enjoy For Memorial Day Weekend
Guava Highball
Ingredients
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
4.5 oz Guava Soda
Method
Build ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish and enjoy.
Thyme Spritz
Ingredients
1.5 oz. CÎROC Vodka
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. fresh pressed cucumber juice
0.5 oz. thyme syrup
Sparkling coconut juice
Method
Pour all ingredients except sparkling coconut water into a rocks glass over ice. Stir gently. Top with sparkling coconut water, thyme leaf, and cucumber.
CÎROC Limonata Spritz
Ingredients
1.5 oz. CÎROC Limonata
2.0 oz. Lemonade
1.0 oz. Sparkling Wine
Method
Add all ingredients to a wine glass and gently stir together, then garnish with Club Soda, Lemon Wheel and Fresh Mint garnish
Golden Hour
Ingredients
1.5oz Astral Tequila Añejo
0.5oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Hot Honey
0.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and enjoy.
Piña Soda
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s Pineapple
4 oz mineral water
Method
Rim highball glass with Tajín. Pour Buchanan’s Pineapple into highball glass over ice and top with mineral water. Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.
Oat Milk Strawberries and Creamy
Ingredients
1 oz Baileys Cookies & Creamy Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk
1 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
1 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup (blend 0.5 cups frozen strawberries with 1 cup simple syrup)
Method
All all ingredients into a cocktail shaker & shake thoroughly
Strain into glass over ice
Garnish with fresh strawberry and a cookie
Mint Julep
Ingredients
1.25 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 sugar cubes (or .25 oz. simple syrup)
5–6 mint leaves, muddled Mint sprig
Method
Add ingredients to a julep cup
Gently muddle mint to express the oils
Add crushed ice and stir
Garnish with a mint sprig
Angel’s Decree
Ingredients
2 oz ANGEL’S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
1/2 oz Ruby Port
3 dashes Angostura® bitters
2 oz Fever Tree® ginger ale
Method
Combine first three ingredients into a chilled highball glass. Top with sparkling water and ginger ale. Fill with ice and lightly stir.
Smoky Casa Margarita
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Optional 1 Pinch Cinnamon
Garnish Charred Orange Peel
Method
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a small rocks glass. Add fresh ice, express natural oils from orange peel over top cocktail, then lightly char peel and garnish.
Texas Buckiin’
Ingredients
1.5 oz SirDavis American Whisky
.25 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Honey Syrup*
4 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish: Lemon wedge
Method
In a glass, pour SirDavis American Whisky over ice. Add fresh lemon juice and honey syrup, and gently stir to mix ingredients. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
To make honey syrup, add 2 parts honey and 1 part water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
Solera Sunshine
Ingredients
1.5 oz Santa Teresa 1796
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Ginger Beer
2 Chunks of Pineapple
Method
Muddle pineapple in a shaker, add the rest of ingredients, shake with ice, double strain over ice in a glass, top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig and half pineapple sliced.
Highball
Ingredients
2 oz ANGEL’S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
4 oz chilled soda water
Lemon peel garnish
Method
Add all ingredients into a highball glass. Top with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel. Add your favorite bitters or try an orange zest to add dimension.
The Glenlivet Tartan Tini by Thomas Doherty
Ingredients
2 parts The Glenlivet 12 YO
1 part Sweet Vermouth (optional: infuse with Scottish breakfast tea)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Stir and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a manicured orange twist & Scottish shortbread
St-Germain Hugo Spritz
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz St-Germain
2 oz Sparkling Wine
2 oz Soda water
6–8 Mint Leaves

Build in glass, stir to incorporate and garnish mint bouquet and lime wedge
BACARDÍ Blueberry Lime Mojito
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz BACARDÍ Lime Flavored rum
4 oz BACARDÍ Lime & Soda Real Rum Cocktail
10 blueberries
6 mint leaves
Method
Muddle blueberries in a high glass then add the mind and gently press to release the oil. Add crushed ice and BACARDÍ Lime Flavored rum, and stir to incorporate. Top with BACARDÍ Lime Soda Real Rum Cocktail and more crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig
The Macallan Ayla
Ingredients
40ml The Macallan Harmony Vibrant Oak
20ml Rhubarb syrup
20ml Raspberry Tea infusion
10ml Bickfords lemon & barley cordial
Top up soda water
Method
ICE: Tall thin highball filled with ice
GARNISH: Frozen red currants on stem (3–5 berries)
For the Raspberry Tea Infusion: Steep 25g of infusion in 1L of still Scottish mineral water for 1hr and strain
The Peacock
Ingredients
50ml The Macallan Harmony Vibrant Oak
50ml Akashi-Tai Shiraume Gingo Umeshu Liqueur
100ml Butterfly Pea Flower tea
Crushed ice
Garnish with peacock feather
For the butterfly pea flower tea: Cold brew 25g of butterfly pea flower tea in 1L of Scottish mineral water for at least 10 minutes until liquid is dark blue then strain and chill
Method
Add the tea to the tumbler over crushed ice
Add the liqueur, then finally the whisky
Give it a quick stir to show the colour change
Garnish, serve & enjoy!
The Rémy Sidecar
Ingredients
2 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
¾ oz Cointreau
¾ oz Lemon juice
Method
Pour 2 oz of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, ¾ oz of Cointreau and ¾ oz of lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake, strain and pour into a coupette glass.
Finish with lemon peel for freshness.
Belle IPA
Ingredients
1.5 oz Belle de Brillet
7 oz Mosaic IPA*
Method
Build in beer glass with ice, squeeze two fresh lime wedges & stir gently
Garnish with lime wedge or a side dish of 3–4 lime wedges
*Choose a citrusy/tropical IPA instead of a bitter option
St-Rémy French Alexander
Ingredients
1.5 oz St-Rémy Signature
0.7 oz Thick Cream
0.5 oz Cacao Cream
0.25 oz Simple Syrup or 1 tsp Fine Sugar
Method
Shake hard with ice, and fine strain into a coupe glass or glass coffee mug
Garnish with nutmeg all over the top
Maple Ginger Sour
Ingredients
2 oz Dewar’s 12 Year Old scotch whisky
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Maple syrup
.5 oz Ginger syrup
.75 oz Blood orange juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled rocks glass.
Sparkling Lemon
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire
5 oz Sparkling Lemonade (like San Pellegrino Limonata)
Method
Combine all ingredients in your favorite balloon glass or wine glass full of ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Mary Queen of Spritz
Ingredients

Top M&R Prosecco
Method
Build ingredients (with exception of prosecco) in chilled highball glass over ice. Top with prosecco and stir. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
Basil Hayden 75
Ingredients
1.5 parts Basil Hayden
3/4 parts fresh lemon juice
3/4 parts simple syrup
Prosecco
Method
Shake all ingredients and strain over a large cube, top with prosecco or sparkling wine

Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker except for the club soda and shake vigorously and quickly. Open the shaker and add club soda — do not shake again. Strain all contents into a highball over fresh ice.
NOLET’S Silver Peach & Orange Martini
Ingredients
2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.5 oz. Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom
2 Peach Slices
Peach Bitters
Method
Add Muddle peach slices in a cocktail shaker with NOLET’S Silver, Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom. Add ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Add two dashes of peach bitters. Garnish with orange twist.
Irish Maid
Ingredients
2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz St. Germain
2 Cucumber Slices
Method
Muddle cucumbers in tin, add all other ingredients. Shake and fine strain into a Rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
Templeton Rye Tai
Ingredients
2 oz Templeton Straight Rye Whiskey
¾ oz orgeat
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz pineapple juice
5–6 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method
Combine ingredients except bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass with ice. Dash bitters on top.
Mi Campo Margarita
Ingredients
½ oz Orange Liqueur
½ oz Agave Nectar
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Method
Measure all ingredients and combine in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and then strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Roku Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
1 part Roku Japanese Craft Gin
3 parts Tonic Water
Ginger sticks to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice
Add Roku and 3 parts tonic water
Stir and garnish with ginger sticks
Citadelle French 75
Ingredients
1 oz Citadelle Original Gin
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Champagne, to top
lemon twist, for garnish
Method
Combine Citadelle Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Santa Teresa Arabica Coffee Cask Finish begins with the renowned Santa Teresa 1796, a triple-aged, award-winning Venezuelan Solera rum, cherished for its super-premium quality and minimal sugar content with just 3 grams of sugar per 750 ml bottle. This distinguished rum undergoes an additional transformation, spending three months in American white oak casks previously used to age a rum-based cold brew coffee. This meticulous process infuses the rum with rich coffee aromas and flavors, enhancing its depth and character without the use of additives.
Crafted with top-quality Arabica coffee beans, organically grown, roasted to a medium level, and ground coarsely under the guidance of the brand’s master distillers at Hacienda Santa Teresa, this single-estate masterpiece represents the first Venezuelan rum ever finished in coffee casks. The production process begins with the selection of premium Arabica coffee beans, which then go through a cold brew process with 4-year-old rums instead of water.
This cold brew mixture is placed in selected American white oak barrels, where it rests for six months, allowing the barrel to add maturity and complexity while absorbing the rich coffee notes. At the end of this period, the cold brew is extracted, and Santa Teresa 1796, once it’s undergone its triple aging process through the unique Solera method, is introduced to the coffee-infused barrels. This final step, lasting three months, allows the rum to acquire subtle notes of coffee.
