Keeper’s Mule

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Keeper’s Heart Irish + American Whiskey

⅓ oz fresh lime juice

Ginger beer

Method

In the order given, build ingredients in a copper mug, finishing with ginger beer. Top with crushed ice, stir briefly to mix, then add more ice in a dome over the top. Garnish with your favorite festive straw.

The Irish Aitall

This cocktail is the perfect fusion of Irish and Mexican influences.

Ingredients

4 sprigs of thyme, leaves only

2 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional® Añejo Tequila

3 ⁄4 oz caraway-fennel simple syrup

Soda Water

Splash of fresh grapefruit juice

Method

Muddle the thyme. Add the Cuervo Tradicional Añejo and simple syrup and fill shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and squeeze of grapefruit juice. Garnish with thyme sprigs and dehydrated grapefruit.

PATRÓN Matcha Made In Heaven

Ingredients

1.75 oz Patrón Silver

1.25 oz Citrus sherbet

.5 oz Pretzel syrup

.5 g Matcha green tea

.75 oz Aquafaba

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a mini pretzel and a sprinkle of matcha.

NOLET’S Silver Apple Martini

Ingredients

2 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin

1 Large Granny Smith Apple

1 oz Simple Syrup

0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur

0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Method

Slice the apple in half and cut a few thin slices to reserve for garnish (sprinkle lime juice on them to prevent browning). Shred or finely dice the remaining apple to muddle or mash in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and muddle a bit more. Add NOLET’S Silver, simple syrup, liqueur, and ice then shake vigorously to chill and combine. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with the reserved thinly sliced apples.

Irish Espresso Martini

A St. Patrick’s Day twist on a trending cocktail

Ingredients

1 part Jameson

1 part Kahlua

1 part Espresso

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible gold and espresso beans.

Jameson Ginger & Lime

Ingredients

1 part Jameson

2 parts Ginger Ale

1 lime wedge

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice, add Jameson over ice. Pour ginger ale into the glass to fill. Stir briefly to mix. Take a large wedge of lime, squeeze and drop into glass.

2 parts METHOD AND MADNESS Single Grain Irish Whiskey

¾ part Lemon Juice

¾ part Honey Syrup

Method

Build in tin. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

The Emerald Country Whisky Cocktail

Ingredients

2oz Ransom The Emerald Whiskey

1oz Lemon Juice

3/4oz Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

Angostura Bitters

Method

Mix the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) vigorously to create a slight foam. Add ice and then shake again. Strain the cocktail and serve over fresh ice. Garnish with two of the angostura bitters. Enjoy!

Diplomático Stirred Not Shaken

Ingredients

1.7 oz Diplomático Mantuano

1 oz cloudy apple juice

0.2 oz sugar syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

Method

Add all ingredients, stir and serve on a rocks glass.

Delaware’s Bounty

Ingredients

1.5 oz Dickel Bourbon

0.75 oz Peach Syrup*

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

*Peach Simple Syrup: 4 medium peaches, sliced and cored, 3 cups refined sugar, 1 cup water. Cook all ingredients in a medium-sized pot over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the peaches are soft. Strain through a fine mash strainer, bottle and store in the refrigerator.

Method

Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass; garnish with grated cinnamon

Roe & Co Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Roe & Co

2 tsp light brown sugar

1 cup hot or cold brewed coffee

Whipped cream

METHOD

HOT: Add Hot coffee and sugar, stir and mix well. Once combined, add the Roe & Co Irish Whiskey. Top with Whipped Cream.

COLD: Mix sugar and cold brew coffee well. Stir in Roe & Co. Irish Whiskey and pour over ice filled Irish coffee mug. Top with Whipped Cream.

Black Velvet Mocktail

Ingredients

Guinness 0

Non-alcoholic bubbly, such as a non-alc sparkling wine or non-alc cider

Method

Add ⅓ Guinness 0 to your flute

Pour the bubbly while holding a spoon at the top to slowly trickle in the liquid

Calirosa Tequila Green Juice Cocktail

Ingredients

2oz Calirosa Rosa Blanco Tequila

0.5oz Love Suja Uber Greens (or green juice of your choice)

0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

0.5oz Agave Nectar Syrup (or to taste)

Method

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake until combined. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.

St. Patrick’s Day Riesling Sangria

Ingredients

1 bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Riesling

1 cup white cranberry juice

1/2 granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

2 cups small diced honey dew melon

2 Kiwi, skinned and thinly sliced

1 ½ cups green grapes, cut in ½

6 slices of lime

1 bunch of fresh mint

Method

Put the fruit and a couple of sprigs of mint in a large glass pitcher. Pour the Riesling and white cranberry juice over it, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, taste and adjust the sweetness if needed and add a squeeze of fresh lime. Place some of the fruit in each glass, top with the sangria and a sprig of mint to serve.

Bushmills Irish Coffee

¾ part rich Demerara syrup

3¼ parts Sumatra coffee

Method

Russell’s Reserve is unveiling a new limited-release Bourbon. Russell’s Reserve 13 Year Old is a 114.8-proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Master Distiller Eddie Russell aged this one-of-a-kind release for at least 13 years, maintained the barrel proof and opted not to chill filter the whiskey, creating a more robust mouthfeel and authentic bourbon experience.

The barrel-proof bourbon coats the palate with sweet and warming flavors rising from the harmonious marriage of dried dark fruit and charred confectionary notes. Those sweet and woody notes give way to rich flavors of honey, chocolate and nougat throughout, followed by a strong and lasting finish.
