Ingredients

1.5 oz PATRÓN Silver

.75 oz Lemon juice

.75 oz Simple syrup

2 dashes Rosé sparkling wine

+ Edible flower petals & silver dust for garnish

Method

Combine Patrón Silver, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass.

Add ice, shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled flute.

Top with rosé sparkling wine.

Garnish with edible flowers & sprinkle silver dust on top petals

For Good Green Matcha

Ingredients

1.75 oz PATRÓN Silver

1.25 oz Citrus sherbet

.5 oz Pretzel syrup (Brown Sugar as a easier substitute)

.5 g Matcha green tea

.75 oz Aquafaba

+ Cinnamon stick & gold dust for garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of gold dust atop the matcha foam.

The Bubbly Pink Potion

Ingredients

4 oz Hampton Water Bubbly

1 oz Elderflower liqueur

1 oz Pomegranate juice

½ oz Lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves

Edible glitter (optional)

Method

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the elderflower liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice. Shake well.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Top with Hampton Water Bubbly Sparkling Rosé and gently stir to combine.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of edible glitter for a magical, shimmering effect

The Good Witch

Ingredients

4 oz Hampton Water Bubbly

1 oz Pink lemonade

½ oz Grenadine

1 oz Tito’s Vodka

Fresh raspberries or strawberries

Lemon wheel

Method

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the pink lemonade and vodka. Shake well.

Strain the mixture into a champagne flute or a coupe glass.

Slowly top with Hampton Water Bubbly Sparkling Rosé, allowing the bubbles to rise.

Drizzle grenadine gently into the glass to create a beautiful ombre effect.

Garnish with fresh raspberries or strawberries and a lemon wheel on the rim.

The Witches Golden Gimlet

Ingredients

0.2 oz Revivalist Garden Gin

0.75 oz Lillet Blanc

0.25 oz Barenjager Honey Liqueur

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Grapefruit twist and sprig of lavender

Method

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for 10–20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Oz’s Whiskey Smash

The bright citrus from the lemon and the cool mint mirror the contrast between Glinda and Elphaba — different, but harmonious when brought together.

Ingredients

2 ounces Fraser & Thompson Whiskey

3/4 ounce simple syrup

4 mint leaves

3 lemon wedges

Garnish with mint sprig

Method

Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker. Add F&T whiskey, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Flying Monkey Mai Tai

Ingredients

1 Part Diplomatico Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva

1 Part Diplomatico Mantuano

0.75 Part Orange Curacao

1 Part Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 Part Orgeat

2 dashes Aromatic bitters

Orchid, pineapple frond & lime

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker with crushed ice for a bit of dilution. Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple leaf.

Ingredients

1 oz Dulce Vida Reposado Tequila

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

1 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur

1 oz Green Chartreuse

.25 oz Pineapple Juice

Garnishes: Dehydrated Pineapple Slice

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin set, fill with ice, shake hard for 8 seconds. Double strain using a hawthorne and fine strainer into a coupe glass. Garnish and enjoy.

The Elphaba Enchantment

Ingredients

3 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

½ oz Agave

¼ oz Sweetened Ginger Juice

3 Drops liquid Chlorophyll

Method

Add everything but Lime HOPWTR to a shaker tin. Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, and top with Lime HOPWTR. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel for a mystical green look worthy of Elphaba herself.

Nearest Green Tennessee Whiskey

Ingredients

2 oz Nearest Green Tennessee Whiskey

1 oz matcha honey syrup**

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

6–8 mint leaves, plus top of a mint sprig

Method

Add the mint leaves (preserving the top of the sprig) to the small half of a cocktail tin.

Add the matcha honey syrup and gently press the mint into the syrup with a cocktail muddler, or another blunt object.

Add the fresh lemon juice and Nearest Green Tennessee Whiskey.

Add 5 ice cubes to the tin, seal with the other side and shake hard for 8–10 seconds.

Double strain (using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer) into a rock glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with the top of a mint sprig. For added aromatics, gently tap the mint to the back of your hand before tucking it into the glass.

** Matcha Honey Syrup
Combine 4 oz of water with 1 tsp matcha green tea powder in a small sauce pot. Whisk or stir to combine, until all powder is dissolved. Gently heat the mixture on medium-low and add 6 oz of honey, stirring until the honey is incorporated. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool. Make sure to mix the syrup before use as it is natural for the matcha powder to separate.
